Levi's 511 (I own a pair, they're great albeit a bit more blue/less washed than pictured)

As for the rest of the outfit, you can keep low contrast with light colored shoes and shirts (a la palewave. Or, you can work with darker blues, burgundy and olive for some nice contrast.
