An old industrial quality power strip with 6 wall style plugs in a metal enclosure lol. Definitely not optimized for power bricks, but I never leave them plugged in anyway. Not sure if it has surge protection or not, but the room itself is entirely surge protected via a surge protected receptacle, so I don't really worry about that.
Being paranoid I am sure but just ordered this - I’d hate to dry my new toy! I survived this big storm But I’m glad I unplugged it just in case.

If your dropping new power or if you have an outlet up there for your projector already grab a normal short surge protector and swap out the outlet for a protected one Leviton 5280-W 15 Amp, 125 Volt, Decora Plus Duplex Surge Suppressor Receptacle, Straight Blade, Industrial Grade, Self Grounding, White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0006I33Y6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_GH0zxb01Y2BET If you've never messed with power before grab an electrician, as far as the tv boxes generating heat separate them and out them behind the exhaust of the projector
Lowes and home depot both have surge protected outlets for around $20. They will direct swap with what you have.
This is the model. Both Lowes and hd carry it. Or get it off amazon.
Tonal recommends this specific receptacle:
I see the price on that is pretty volatile on Amazon (I paid $22 last week and today it’s $45). So here is the same receptacle but is tamper proof if you have kids, and is the normal $23. It’s available at Home Depot or Amazon:
Get one of these, a few feet of romex and a new work box and you should be good to go

This is worth the effort, IMHO. Locate the stud the outlet is on. You know there is a second stud 14.5" to the left of it. Use a long straightedge as a guide, and score lines from the outlet to the level of the cabinet. Run 12/2 romex up from the outlet, and also pull the coax along with you. At the level of where you mounted the cabinet, you open a second piece of the wall. Go left to the center of the cabinet.
Install the coax, and a quad outlet at the cabinet. Lutron has a nice little unit, with a built in surge protector:

Makes for a clean install. Then run an outlet straight up to the TV, and install one of these:

You can run power, coax, and a CAT5e right to the back of the TV. There are also HDMI plugs available, if you want them. You can pull them from the cabinet to the TV.
If you take your time, and score the sheetrock all the way through, it will come out in one undamaged piece. You can easily re-install it later. It is better to pull out a 16" wide piece from center of stud to center of stud. That way it can be screwed right back where you found it. Don't have to hassle with adding pieces of scrap wood to secure it to.
This would be an afternoon job, but when you are finished, it would look awesome.

Replacing the ceiling receptacle with one of these is also an option.
