Note: Using the combo plates like this one is usually a bad idea, as the electrical wire can cause interference in your video/data cables.
With digital cables like HDMI, You might not notice this until you try to run a larger/higher resolution TV, but it's easier to avoid it altogether by installing the data lines and the electrical lines on opposite sides of a wall stud.
