Eh, mostly just punched "license plate screws anti theft" into Amazon.
For the most part it looks like every "anti theft" listing is just a set of security Torx screws and some kind of snap on cover
This set is probably a better choice since that spanner screw head is probably rarer than security Torx
Actually, those one-way flathead screws would probably be even better
