Here is a link to the cables. I bought both the 8 and 24pin cables. Note - if connecting to a Corsair controller (e.g the Commander Pro), you will need to buy a Piratedog or some other adapter to connect the Lian Li controller to the Corsair controller. This will allow you to control the cables through ICue and sync with the rest of your build.

Don't mean to necro this, but I am a little unclear on something. I have this RGB cable extension that has 2x8pin female and male connections. Could I connect two separate PCIE power cables into one of these for the 2x8 Pin 3080 cards?

You should be all set. The cables standard power cables will come with the PSU and the front panel cables will come with the case. There are Lian Li RGB cables that I’ll link that you can purchase (I wouldn’t trust any other brand in all honesty besides them or the XPG RGB cables) for your 8 pin PCIE cable for GPU and 24 pin motherboard cable.

IIRC one of the Strimer+ GPU connectors is an 6+2 pin connector, so you should be able to connect it while leaving the extra 2pin off. I don't think they make a dedicated 14pin.

Lian-Li Strimer Plus 24+8 RGB Power/GPU Cable kit! It's the trippiest and especially cool w/ the 24pin since it includes a control box to try out all the different styles/sequences/colors/speeds you can set it to. You can also get that to be controlled by your mobo's RGB header/software, too, but you won't have as many options to change it up (possibly)...
