Do you have a television? If so, buy the CyberPower and play in your living room until you get a desk and chair (or use a kitchen chair with a folding table from Amazon.) It'll last much longer than the laptop, provide room to grow, and it comes with a GPU equivalent to the GTX 1080.
I found one locally at Home Depot for the same price. I also had some bed risers as well to give me another 4" of clearance, which tucks my storage bin (lights, nutes, etc) underneath the table as well! This frees up floor space in an already overcrowded environment. The top of my medium will be about 4 feet in height, and the top of the tent is almost 8 feet now. If needed, I'll grab a step ladder to mess with lighting changes and whatnot. I'm just excited to not be working on the floor anymore!
I'd love to know what other ideas you've had to elevate your grow, please share!
Yup. I fixed it for you in my repost of the link.

I don't know what all of that is, but Reddit does, and filtered it out, which usually means some of that stuff is the affiliate link. The rest is probably your Amazon purchase history, home address, etc. (just kidding on that).
We have two changing tables (1 up / 1 down), but it doesn’t feel like too much “extra” furniture because we bought this and have repurposed many times: [link]
Not cute, but fits the pad, diapers, trash container, wipes, etc, and it was easy to have it in our room when baby roomed in.
I'm 99% sure MaGZ is a troll, they've been trolling this thread since yesterday (when their account was created.) That chair is not foldable or easily portable. You're not going to find a lot of portable options that don't greatly sacrifice comfort, so you might just want to buy a cheap office chair from Staples and remove the back when you're ready to move (it's generally 4 bolts that hold the back up.)
As far as a desk, just buy a decent sized tabletop, or just a slab of finished wood (3/4" thick) and attach 4 table legs to the top with bolts that go all the way through. Anything else and after a couple moves you would no longer be able to screw the legs in (most desks use particleboard which won't last.) Or pickup a portable folding table and use that as your desk (though you will want to be careful of sagging, maybe put something on top to act as a surface to keep the weight more evenly distributed.)
Just get one of those gray foldable tables everyone uses at their cookouts. Looks like this [link] but you can get a bigger / cheaper one at like walmart or target.
I have a few of these
Aldi actually had them on sale a few years ago for like 20 bucks a pop. I use them for infinity/guildball/40k, and my wife uses them when we have parties.
The top of my armrest is about an inch above the table. I actually use a folding table like this [link] Works really well as my regular desk has very little leg room.
I just endured 2 straight hours of brutal bounty hunting in VR and my arm is barely sore. It was worth it to get in the top 10% in the CG and get a 20 million CR bonus.
99% of the desks on /r/battlestations are from ikea. If you have one near you, I'd recommend checking them out. The closest ikea to me is really far away and that's unfortunate since their shipping is like $300.
A lot of people seem to like putting countertops on legs and using that for a desk.
I'm also looking for a desk.
I am currently using 2 of these to make a shitty L-shaped desk.
For mobile gigs I use a Lifetime 4428 folding utility table. They come in 4/6/8 foot lengths and have adjustable legs to make them counter height. Buy or make a nice table slip cover that reaches the floor or buy a facade and it'll look sharp and be mobile/versatile. I leave mine down relatively low and put my SKB R106 rack on it to raise laptop/lights/mixer up to 42" which is perfect for me at 5'10". Here's the amazon link: [link]
I'm not sure I understand what the table is for, but I use a 2' by 4' Lifetime Adjustable Table. It perfectly fits my laptop, DDJ-SR, cables, and a drink (if you're feeling risky). I also got the cover that Amazon suggests, which pairs really nicely. It's really nice for DJing college parties and it has 3-4 heights that it can adjust to.
At least invest in one of these: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B003YJPC2A/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have 2 6ft folding tables from Walmart and 1 4ft folding table from Amazon. I love the amazon one because it has different leg lengths, so if I want a taller bar style table, I can do that, or shorter, etc. [link]
If you're looking at tents, I recommend [link]
It has the side walls, sand bags, a carrying case and is super sturdy yet easily assembled. I get compliments on how nice it looks at every show I do.
we put my wifes right in the living room, so were together even when she is doing her craft, we use this table which she loves because it has adjustable heights , is super light and can be folded up in a half second if we need to.

I have 2 Ender 5 Pluses that fit perfectly together on this table I got from amazon.

Lifetime Height Adjustable Craft Camping and Utility Folding Table, 4 ft, 4'/48 x 24, White Granite [link]
A large folding table (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003YJPC2A/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) could be good! You can tuck it away after you're done so that it's not taking up too much space, but you'll still have enough room to cut and spread out when you are actually sewing.
If you need something temporary, I highly recommend: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B003YJPC2A/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Useful to have even after you buy a proper desk
If you need a temporary desk for the laptop I recommend this: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B003YJPC2A/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I also have the Nitro 5, great value. What are your specs and how much did you pay?
Before I moved into my new place and bought a proper desk I used this a couple months ago and it worked great: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B003YJPC2A/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
A card table or something like this is probably what you’re looking for.

>If you wanted to save some money, you might consider a 4ft folding table like this and get some magnetic parts holders and then attach one of these magnetic tool holders to the side of the table.
But they had the table linked with an affiliate link so it got spam filtered.
I use a table similar to this. I live in a small apartment and love how it folds up. They come in different sizes.
I use this - [link]
Fits two monitors and my NZXT S340, plus folds down and travels well.
My apartment is pretty small, so I opted for this - [link]
I just use this: [link]
Good size, looks clean, and easy to transport for LANs.
thats a good idea, but tbh those drawers are about 75 bucks each and gets too expensive for me, i think im gonna go for this table - its a crappy plastic table, but it is height adjustable and its 48"x23" which i think is the ideal size for me - i think if i put a table cloth or bedsheet over it, and maybe some desk leg pads like these if it's not stable enough.
think that's a good idea?
Get one of those folding picnic table and a folding ultra light stool Lifetime 4428 Height Adjustable Folding Utility Table, 48 by 24 Inches, White Granite [link]
I use this for my laptop and printer, but I'll be building a PC soon and will put it on this. It's very sturdy. [link]
I use a folding table I bought at Walmart. You can get them at a variety of stores, which I'd suggest over my bad life decision.
This kind: [link]
I have cooked on it without any troubles of melting plastic. You could always put something under your stove or whatever to guard the plastic if you fear it will get too hot. The downside is the texture on top is difficult to get clean so spilled coffee and dirt and whatever else may stain the table. But, if it's just for camping then no big deal.
I also really enjoy these folding suitcase tables: [link]
I don't have a dedicated sewing room, so I am looking at this table - it would hold the 2x2 pressing boards I DIY'ed this year, and when I'm mid project we could still eat at the dining room table. This one in particular, because it is height adjustable and having a counter height cutting table is the dream! Lifetime 4428
I go back and forth on the Panasonic 360 iron - love the cordlessness, but if you have to have the base because there's to way to stand it on end, doesn't that undo the perk of being cordless?
I also go back and forth on the accuquilt -I would be excited to get one on super clearance, but don't think I am that excited to actually BUY one. I read on some forum about someone finding them at their local Joann on the clearance rack for something like $20, and so now I always check for them, just in case. :)
I got bobbinis last year, and really like them, and this year I put peels and tulips on my list.
