I enjoyed Light and Shoot by Chris Gatcum. It's basically just lighting set-ups, but it's a fun read.

I've found the book Light and Shoot by Chris Gatcum to be really interesting and helpful. It shows you a fashion shot and includes a short write up from the photographers as well as a render of the lighting set-up.
