It took about 2 weeks, but I'm in the US and I think I've heard that EU can take longer?
The cable is just the basic linsoul cable on amazon, but I do really like the way it looks with them.
I found the original cable good enough for general use tbh but I ended up upgrading the cable after a couple of months just to make it feel a bit more premium.
This is the cable I got: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_derhFbSJ35SM1
I think it's the Zonie 16 core silver. I think like half or more of Aria owners have one since it's a great price for a well built cable and the stock Aria cable is awful.
https://www.amazon.de/Linsoul-Tripowin-Silver-Earphone-0-78-3-5mm-Grey/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC Thoughts about this cable? It seems to be from the tin hifi if I'm not wrong?
Yea I know it's just a straight up downgrade but I prefer being comfortable way more than sound quality to be honest..
It's definitely the glasses, I've had my hd560s for almost 5 months now and just got glasses for the first time ever. I'll wait and see but it's been almost a week already and it still hurts
The Zonie 16-core cable is my favorite from the few I've tried. There's no difference in sound between the two though, the difference is the thickness. The one you linked will have thicker strands while the 16-core has a tighter weave. Tripowin makes good cables so just pick the one within your budget, or get the C8 if you want a thicker cable. Either will be a quality upgrade for your IEM :)
It looks like the metal circle shape at the 2 pins will prevent them from completely sitting into the Aria's. If a mic isn't required, I'd recommend this cable: https://www.amazon.com/Linsoul-Tripowin-Silver-Earphone-0-78-3-5mm/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC/ref=pd\_bxgy\_img\_2/142-5922212-2769862?pd\_rd\_w=Vb6jl&pf\_rd\_p=6b3eefea-7b16-43e9-bc45-2e332cbf99da&pf\_rd\_r=QJK1Z64AXJQW2B80WMFN&pd\_rd\_r=29e62ab1-...
Another anecdotal experience: Close to 5 months with them with heavy use in the last 3-ish. No filter issues (though I saved the backups) and no paint issues yet. Hopefully they hold up at least a year. Cable sucks but I replaced it with a Zonie 16 core Silver for $16 (MSRP $20 but often on sale).
I’ve heard Tripowin cables are pretty good, so maybe this one. Haven’t bought one yet myself, but if it’s anything like the stock cable on the tin t2, your pretty well set. Just be aware, some 2 pin connectors have a sheath around them(like on kz iems, where the connection on the iem itself sticks out). The aria has a recessed connection, so you’ve gotta be careful not to get a sheathed cable.
Linsoul Tripowin Zonie 16 Core Silver Plated Cable SPC Earphone Cable for BL03 TRN V90 V80 AS10 ZS10 ZS6 ES4 ZST ZSR iems (2pin 0.78-3.5mm, Grey) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_B08KV73ZH2M83A9G2MFY
I got this on sale for 15.99 and it is fantastic. Slightly microphonic on zippers but other then that it is awesome. Looks great and feels like way more of a cable than what I paid for it.
I use this for my Blon 03s and it's been pretty good so far.
So I wanted some in ear headphones that didn't wrap around my ear. I bought the Ikko OH10 and then a cable like this ( https://www.amazon.com/Linsoul-Tripowin-Silver-Earphone-0-78-3-5mm/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=2+pin+iem+cable&qid=1627926229&sprefix=2+pin+&sr=8-3 ). They have a soft plastic around the top that is shaped to go around your ear. I took some nail clippers, found the bottom of the plastic and clipped it, then carefully peeled it up on each side, then clipped it again at the top (carefully). After that, it was just a straight cable. Or you could just try to find a straight cable. You just need to match them to what the IEM uses. I would recommend the Blon-BL03 or something like the Zero Audio Carbo Tenore, Pai Audio PR1, or even something like the JVC Marshmallow/Meze 11 Neo earbuds with Comply, Dekoni, SpinFit, or Final Audio ear tips.
Not sure what you mean by cable being made for masks.
Just grab one of these in the size/connector/color of your choice. They're great cables. I replaced my $250 Empire Ears cable with this $20 one, because it feels so much nicer.
I'm a big fan of this relatively inexpensive cable, have bought several.
https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glc_fabc_HGJ3VGSSEFRVPS8H5MXW
Pay attention to the options if you go that way....they have various combinations of connections at the IEM end (2 pin, recessed 2 pin/QDC, MMCX) and source end (3.5 mm, 2.5 mm, 4.4 mm).
Nice and soft/flexible, little microphonics, chin slider, looks nice, every option I need, and not too expensive.
I've only tried the "Gray" one...looks like there might be other differences if other colors are selected.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_3CXQ06WQ5E2AAGCMFPRE
I use this with mine. A bit heavier, but much more flexible and softer.
The braided cable helps with the durability and longevity of the cables versus a single rubber wire.

Oh, thank you very much! You are too kind!
Here is what I'm using right now. They work well but were made for IEMs with recessed connection.
There are plenty available. Look for a cable that is a 2 pin 0.78mm.
I'm a big fan of The Linsoul Triptown 16 cores for KZ. Just make sure you get the right connector for your models as there are give or so choices.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_BG9EV6DPMN13DT2ZVTVX?psc=1
Linsoul makes some nice thicker cables for about $17-20. Could always get these

Make sure you get the right connector for ur particular iem
It's similar to the Yinyoo, but 16-core and $20.
Balanced means that each driver has its' own ground wire. A fully balanced system will have a ground wire for each channel from the headphones/IEMs, through the amp, all the way back to the dac. This way of doing things allows for a bit more power delivery and possibly a bit less cross-talk. With a 3.5 mm jack, both drivers share a ground wire. Some will argue that with a good enough single-ended (unbalanced) amp, you can still make enough power and cross-talk would still be below the range of human hearing (like the Topping NX4 DSD). If your amp features balanced output, it usually measures better than the single-ended on the same unit (like the Fiio BTR5). IEMs don't need much power, just clean power, so even if it makes a difference it won't be much in your case. You may find a lower noise floor on balanced, but you might also lose volume control because it's overpowered. Depends on the IEMs.
Aria uses a 0.78 2-pin cable. I replaced my cable with this and it alot sturdier and soft too. My friend shes also uses this cable cause she wanted something angled and says it pretty good too.
I am not too experienced with cables, but there is a good spreadsheet here which lists a lot of popular ones off AliExpress: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YNuslYM4CrhMPrOLofzTm4ei7HEfP8AI1zxswrMw2ho/edit#gid=1801072063

Although if you don't want to wait for shipping something like this from Amazon would be good (although more expensive). Just make sure you get a .78mm connector, and the correct termination for your device (likely 3.5mm but check before buying).

As long as you take care of your IEMs though the cable should be fine, but yes it definitely isn't the best stock cable that's for sure.
Try a different cable for those moondrops
Linsoul Tripowin Zonie 16 Core... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Ngl, I would get a different cable for those moondrops. Like this one Linsoul Tripowin Zonie 16 Core... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Not OP, but probably these:
I've been using the Arias for about 3 months (bass player for country artists). I've previously used Shure SE425, KZ ZS10 and KS AS10 and the Arias are my favourite by far.
The Shures sounded fine but I broke 3 pairs of them in under a year. The KZs were both too harsh in the highs/high-mids and my ears felt tired after a show.
The Arias sound much smoother, bass/kick are punchy and are way less harsh on my ears.
The only downside for me was the cable (broke after about 8 gigs, I've replaced it with this one, much better). Definitely get some Comply foam tips, I use these.
That cable definitely will not fit the Starfield. The Starfield also has recessed ports for the 0.78mm connectors. This must be taken into account when choosing cables. One cable in the same $20 price bracket which will work with the Starfield is this one from Amazon:
A considerably thicker cable (which might be too thick for your tastes) which is blue colored to match well with your Starfield is this one on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09DYH31N9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
Yet one cheap 8 core cable for $19 dollars might be your least inexpensive best bet. Please see:
I had the same issue as you, I thought the Aria cable was fine, but too short. I picked up a Tripowin cable off of Amazon for less than $20 and it's quite good. Feels much more luxurious than the price would suggest: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_104R6HRFCGR67SP8XHE2
It's not that much longer though and doesn't have a microphone, but it's a standard 0.78 2-pin so you might be able to find one just by searching on Amazon. You could also try Hart Cables; I haven't used them but they seem fairly priced and are well regarded in the community.
Cables will only make a tonal difference if they are defective.
For tips, I use the Spinfit CP145 in large, but I like my IEMs really deep in my head. They are comfortable for me and seal great, but I also have some CP100s on the way to try. I listen to similar styles of music and I find the CP145s quite good.
This just looks like a recessed 2-pin to me, which does have notch by default.
This, and many others should work:
www.amazon.com/Linsoul-Tripowin-Silver-Earphone-0-78-3-5mm/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC
It’s this one, really nice quality for the price. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_XCMAHENTRCEXZRBGCY3Q?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Stock one is fine, I agree. But I have seen many people run into issues with it down the road - example here. That's why I swapped it out after few days of using Arias and bought custom one (link).
I didn't think replacement would make a difference, but Tripowin cable feels and looks so premium and so nice! Little to no microphonics, doesn't get tangled, also have "split adjuster" to change at which place cable splits into IEMs. It's not a "must" upgrade, but imo it's worth it :D
Tripowin Zonie 16 Core Silver Plated Cable for $16 (normally $20) but I think you need Prime.
I've upgraded mine to one of these linsoul cables https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZQCJ7QC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It can still tangle but a bit less as its a bit thicker than the stock Aria cable.
You probably don't really need a balanced cable for IEM.
Ayy, similar case for me, but I only had a pair of KZ ZS6s before finding DankPods. Those cables look like the same one I have on my ZS6s as well.
I also have a pair of KZ's new flagships, the ZAS (also in black). They're pretty V-shaped without drowning out the mids and super fun.
I really really like this cable and have two of them.
I actually almost purchased one of these just because I too like black cables, but I haven't pulled the trigger, so I can't personally vouch for it.
I like ones that have the red and blue on the cable (Red for Right) because it makes it a lot easier to spot which side cable goes where when you do swap them out.
Hart is the best!
Or try Periapt https://periaptcables.com/products/8-type-8-dual-3-5mm
And if you really want to be budget minded. Linsoul Linsoul Tripowin Zonie 16 Core Silver Plated Cable SPC Earphone Cable for BL03 TRN V90 V80 AS10 ZS10 ZS6 ES4 ZST ZSR iems (2pin 0.78-3.5mm, Grey) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_2ZMJ3E5QRXBBR165E07X
Linsoul cables are pretty good. This is the one I'm using on my Kz zs6 IEMs: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07ZQCJ7QC

That one
Without a picture, a wiring diagram, or taking one apart, i wouldn't be able to tell you what that specific wire could be used for. If you have a multimeter you can test the one wire to see if it is connected to any of the ends of the 3.5mm.
I would recommend a tripowin cable (available on amazon) since I have a tripowin C8 and I like it thus far especially since I got the balanced 2.5mm to use with my BTR5.
