Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier - Lemon Lime - Hydration Powder Packets | Electrolyte Supplement Drink Mix | Low Sugar | Easy Open Single-Serving Stick | Non-GMO (Lemon Lime/16 Count) [link]
You might get a box of Liquid IV. Just mix it with 16 oz of water and it works well for me when I'm dehydrated. I keep some in my backpack and my diabetic medicine bag.
Liquid IV is a powder add in that has electrolytes. Found here: [link]
It helps a lot with hydration.
Running helps me mentally more than anything. But yes it has helped with symptoms as well. I still get flares but anything you can do to strengthen your legs will help with lightheadedness. I will say to be careful if you faint- I rarely pass out. I run 2-3 times a week normally.
My brain fog still isn’t great to be honest. It doesn’t help that I have frequent migraines though. I’m still in college and get good grades though.
One of my good friends got me these hydration powders and I feel like it’s helping so much. I do have to drink with ice but I feel so much better since pregnancy and water drinking apparently aren’t agreeing with me

I guess for better reference this is what I am speaking about .. it’s a hydration electrolyte powder ...
Pepcid complete OTC, nausea meds, probiotics to help me "go", gasx to stop the pain and bloating after meals, pleeeenty of water, and taking it easy. Inflammation is a thing to so use an NSAID as needed but don't over do it.
If you're vomiting, water is super important, if you can only drink a little try thosehydration enhancers off Amazon they work really well
I don’t know where in the world you are but if you can find or get LIQUID IV it should help. I do hot yoga and would only take water with me. I would cramp up and get dizzy at times. One instructor told me it was a lack of sugar during such strenuous activity. At first I was taking Gatorade but the I found LIQUID IV’s and it’s a game changer. They’re a bit pricy but if you have a Costco near by that’s the best bet(not so much on their website). I attached an amazon link because it is easier. Good luck.

I prefer a small backpack to a Fanny pack because I like to carry around flip flops. I change into them while waiting in line for water rides.
I also like Wet Ones instead of hand sanitizer because you can wipe down tables with them and sticky hands.
Earplugs, because I have sensitive ears.
I also bring electrolytes with me because water isn’t always enough. My favorites are Liquid IV and Lyteshow. Liquid IV comes in individual packets that you add to 20 ounces of water and comes in different flavors (I like lemon lime). Lyteshow is a concentrated liquid and comes with a travel sized dropper bottle. You add the drops to any amount of water until it tastes like water with a squeeze of lemon in it.
Mini Frog Togg Cooling Towel that you wet, wring out and wear around your neck.
Bring money! For my 2019 trip, I crunched the numbers and realized that it would be cheaper for my Mom and I to pay out of pocket than get the dining plan. So I bought Disney gift cards with my Target Red Card and saved 5% and used them for food and souvenirs. Obviously, this won’t work for everyone, you do you!

I usually just pack a Gatorade, but may take these on my next trip.
It’s got sugars but it’s in the form of carbs
Lots of stores have them... They're literally usually called "adult electrolyte drink" and are often under the brand of whatever store is selling them. Usually drug stores carry it.
The organic ones are better. They have stevia instead of the artificial sweetener, asfultame, which can also cause headaches in people who are more sensitive to it.

Here it is on amazon, I’ve seen it in stores like GNC as well. It has some sugar but it’s still less than Gatorade.
This. Before your first drink, in the middle of drinking and before you go to bed.
