I've been using this one, but I'm not going to claim that it's the best solution or, for that matter, the best solution in all cases. I certainly haven't tried everything! If you have a model glue that already works, why spend more money?
use two part epoxy if you need to attach things to it https://www.amazon.com/Loctite-Instant-0-47-Fluid-Syringe-1365868/dp/B0044F9KFI/ref=sr_1_4?crid=CAEPZ9PT21R1&keywords=two+part+epoxy&qid=1650755106&sprefix=two+par%2Caps%2C170&sr=8-4
I'd use a small amount of 5 minute epoxy...... Its way better than super glue. Just use a toothpick and apply some to the wingtip sparingly and you should be fine ...... Loctite Epoxy Five Minute Instant Mix 0.47-Fluid Ounce Syringe (1365868) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0044F9KFI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_glt_i_GBPTQRX8DMGM5D0J6RZF?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Look up ‘luer lock applicator’. Just need an appropriate size syringe and tip. I have a box of these from my old job with various diameter tips and they come in so handy for applying epoxies, lubricants, fluids. Tips are interchangeable and when you’re done toss it.
Also some epoxies come with a mixing tip as well. Example. epoxy with mixing tip
I see a lot of epoxy putty suggestions, but if it's a smaller hole, it'll be tough to get that in there. Same goes for CA and talc/baking soda... either you fill the hole with glue and the powder will only harden the top layer and make the rest of the CA take longer to dry, or you mix it first and the slurry is too thick to get down in the hole.
I suggest epoxy ADHESIVE. This will give you a less viscous material that will go down deeper into the hole, dries harder than most things, and dries in 15 min. JB weld is a good epoxy adhesive, but the additives they put in to make it strong as all hell also make it much thicker, so the same problem as many of the other solutions.
If it's like 1/2"(diameter) or bigger, definitely use a putty or the jb weld... less mess and less smelly.
I started using this 2-part self mix epoxy after I saw LP epees wired with epoxy. It works great, but sadly I'm now sensitized to epoxy so I have to use something else. Usually just CA (superglue).
I'm in Texas. If you can't buy it in Mexico DM me and we'll see if we can figure something out.
That should work, but you really don't need anything fancy. A basic double tube from the local hardware store or amazon will do just fine.
Get an epoxy with a pointy mix tip and put a dab in each hole. Something like this for example:
A thin applicator/mixer like this:
Darice HC1060027 Syringe, Single https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0044F9KFI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_BXNEJZBR5CBWZGY5WC9C
1wheelparts.com sells this, see video at bottom as well:
Two part epoxy will work very well. A fast setting epoxy will make this go faster.
Hot glue is never the answer except for temporary applications.

You can also just search on Amazon for clear epoxy, most types are fairly easy to use, I just like the convenience of not having to measure
Not saying this is not a cool idea, and it is definatly a Functional print, But it is not a new idea.
Two part epoxy has had these mixing tubes for at least 15 years that I know of.
