My husband made it for me from two empty zipper pillow cases off Amazon and bulk buckwheat hulls. The two cases make sure no hull dust gets through. There are some Etsy sellers selling the buckwheat.
We just bought our kids some from Amazon but I haven’t tried them out yet. I got these ones.
