I like the oculus ones Logitech made. The G333 they work amazing

I'd recommend these Logitech G333 VR over bluetooth earbuds. My Sony wireless buds work, but there are issues as mentioned above.

The headphones that come with it are pretty decent, nothing like the Index obviously, but better than I expected.
The microphone is awful though…”two tin cans and a string” awful. You can use it for talking to other players in a game and it will do the job but don’t even think of using it to record your voice.
I bought the Logitech G333 VR headphones from Amazon for my Pimax 8K X while I was waiting for the DMAS headphones to become available and found them to work really well and the Mic was surprisingly decent too.
Logitech has occulus specific headphones. I have them and LOVE them.

If you can get the Logitech ones that are custom length for the Oculus, they're pretty good quality. The major bonus, besides the custom length, is that the cord is very durable without being stiff. I will admit that The audio quality is about average. Nothing amazing.
Personally I’m really happy with these:

They add no additional weight or complexity to the HMD and the external noise reduction due to being earbuds is great too. Helps immersion greatly.
You need to first figure out if you want over-ear or in-ear headphones. Start from there.
I personally didn't like the feeling of having over-ears on top of my head while I already had the Quest on, it felt too bulky. In-ears are a good solution for using the Quest.
I wouldn't call myself an audiophile, but if a pair of headphones sounds like trash I'd know it - so far even cheap earbuds seem to do pretty well at spatial audio representation. Personally and for convenience I'd probably be lazy and get the $50 Logitech earbuds made for the Q2. They're probably just OK sound quality, but you pay for what you get and the short cable means they're perfect for the Quest 2.
My over-ears are the ATH M50X, and my in-ears are Shure SE215. I've also used Airpod Pro's with the Quest 2, and none of these headphones I listed sound much better than each other when it comes to VR experiences.
I just ordered these, I don't like over the ear headphones, prefer earbuds instead.
