I have to second the recommendation for a tank class (Immortal Juggernaut for Sith Warriors, or whatever the tank version of a Guardian is for Jedi Knights) with a companion healing you, plus a gaming mouse. I bought this one back in 2015 and it's still working fine; I'm sure there are upgraded models out there.
Another one I find pretty easy for solo play is to play a Sith Sorcerer in Lightning spec and AOE everything down; have your bubble up as much as possible, have your companion in healing mode, and use the channeled AOE power to just nuke everything.
I have a g600 that I got when I used to play FFXIV all the time. I am now switching to play more FPS games (Overwatch and Deus Ex right now).
I feel comfortable with the g600, but I don't have a lot of experience with other mice. Should I be looking to upgrade or is this something that I won't really notice unless I was very competitive at FPS games?
well there is a white version of the m65 with rgb but it lacks 12 side buttons that are on the schimitar which help tremendously in MMO titles.
the m65 is more aimed at fps gamers.
if you want a white themed MMO mouse id go with this: https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-G600-Gaming-Mouse-White/dp/B0086UK7I6
Question about mice:

Personally I use the Logitech G600 mouse. It's very affordable at only $42USD for the white version and extremely useful! It's never once let me down in the year I've had it. It has excellent functionality and has proved to be an invaluable tool for PvM and Skilling alike! I definitely recommend this thing. Only thing is you'll get so used to the ring-click button that normal mice will feel odd to use, but yeah. It's an extremely good mouse, well worth it!
The G600. I pretty much recommend it for any serious gamer period. Nothing beats this mouse due to the insane advantages it gives you over anyone else. http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-G600-Gaming-Mouse-White/dp/B0086UK7I6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1459533204&sr=8-2&keywords=g600
I was considering this but ultimately, I don't play any mmos to really justify it, but it is a damn good looking mouse. G602 is a nice middle ground for things like CS:GO that I play a lot of :)
What type of gaming would your mouse for primarily? I am a pretty pretty casual gamer and I use this mouse because I really like being able to keybind more things to my mouse.
It's 10 bucks above your budget but this is my mouse, It's got 20 buttons and could easily serve your purpose.
The Logitech G600 looks very much like this one surprisingly, with the 12 side buttons and a third mouse button.
The white version is $44.29 on Amazon. Doesn't appear to be a sale.
I would suggets the G600 or the Razer Naga They have plenty of buttons and the sensors are great for what you are doing, plenty of dpi customizations. The Naga is often on sale for under 50 and there is a chroma verson
I would make sure that you have the homas button enabled. This will keep you from moving the ship with the mouse. I have a setup that can switch between homas and hotas easily. You are pretty button light in your setup. I would have suggest looking at this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0086UK7I6?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage It has the 12 buttons on the side and a shift key. Another option is another option http://www.amazon.com/Thrustmaster-Cougar-Flight-Control-Panels/dp/B002HH9TRY I can share my key setups if you want? I do joystick right and mouse left with pedals. Also, shoot me a message if you want someone to fly with.
Oh man, perfect, while you gave me that link, I found a deal for it haha. Thank you! CDN$ 34.99 + CDN$ 6.83 shipping http://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0086UK7I6/?tag=pcp0f-20
I would get Logitech G600 MMO Gaming Mouse, White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0086UK7I6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_6Q5ywb8SCTE46 in black also
Get a Space Ball to control with your feet, bind to move WASD. Then buy a Logitech G600 or any mouse with enough buttons to bind weapons/flashes/jump.
It looks like he's an MMO guy. If so, the G600 is perfect as long as his hands aren't huge. I use it myself and it fills my palm better than anything else i've tried.

I like the buttons on the side and it was the cheapest one available at the time, been using it for about a month now

It's on sale right now. 20 buttons (18 w/o Left and right click)
All you need is a cheap mouse with two side buttons like: this Azza. Unless you play other MMOs like WoW, then I would reccomend a mouse with a few more buttons like: this Logitech.
I use the former myself as I got it for free. It works really well, and it's just right for a game with so few keybinds.
For headsets, you want something with a good mic and good bass. A few turtle beaches are actually really great for PC, I use the X12s.
And, finally, keyboards in my opinion don't matter. There are very small benefits to using mechanical keyboards, but I would recommend anything you find comfortable or affordable.
Edit: wanted to add I don't use the mic from the X12s. I prefer standing mics myself like: this Yeti, but the X12 mic is pretty good for the price.
link 52 right now. I use mine for everything.
Case: Chaser a31 snow edition? Idk it's white with a window in your price range with optical drive areas. It's a bit of a unique look though.
Mouse: Logitech mmo mouse
As for keyboard you can't get too picky honestly. Logitech, white? Mechanical, white? good luck finding a decent one. Non, mechanical white? Like the look of mac keyboards? the gunmetal corsair keyboard looks nice with a lot of white peripherals. If you really want white and it still too look gaming with a low budget go with something made in china. If you have patience grab decent keyboard and a can of spraypaint and stard moding like this razer blackwidow
I know you didn't ask but steelseries makes some slick white peripherals like this headset
