If 12 buttons is daunting, do what I did and get a Logitech g602/604 here
I have the 602 (discontinued), but the 604 looks well reviewed.
they use the scroll wheel. a lot of gaming mice have a button that lets you turn the clicking on or off, so if off, they can just give it a flick and it zooms really really fast. i use the logitech g604 myself.
The Logitech G604 is an excellent bluetooth gaming mouse, which I've used for a few years now. Strangely, while I can find it being sold on multiple sites on the web, I can't find it on Logitech's own site. This seems odd, as it is a newer model of theirs, though I've found their website to have similar issues with current products in the past, too.
For a palm grip, the Logitech G604 is probably the way to go.
The Logitech G603 is similar, but without the toggleable free-spinning wheel, and doesn't have a thumb-rest, so it's worse IMO.
It's also on same right now for Amazon Prime Day for 42.74 USD right now so get it quick.

So I found this guy who unfortunately loses some of the verticality w the extra buttons, and then ZLOT makes a vertical one w 6 button inputs+joystick for a total of 11 (directional and stick click).
Idk what your hand hypermobility is like, my vertical mouse friend (non-eds) mentioned she has a hard time reaching the 2 thumb buttons on her logitech, so it might be worth being aware of if you tend to overstretch your thumbs. Maybe a separate numpad on the L side, support the arm and hand and just use your fingers? It's rough navigating stuff like this, I hope you can find something that works for you!
Coming from a console, you are used to your right thumb doing a lot of work, and now it's just idle and it probably feels weird. I highly recommend getting a mouse with side buttons and keeping that thumb busy. It will really help you transition and ease into WASD and mouse controls. My favorite is this one: Logitech g604
You don't have to use every button, but they are there if you need it. All bindable to any key. I use it for FPS games too, reload, primary weapon swap, etc.
I currently have my relics as QE, and have 1,2,3 on my mouse and Spacebar as Ult. Scroll wheel is jump if you ever want to jump. I have that habit from bunny hopping in CSGO.
To all the people who can't wait for when (or if) Logitech releases a new g600, might I suggest the G604?
There's 8 buttons (excluding r/l click and mouse wheel) you can program and with g-shift that makes 16 programmable buttons.
That's usually enough for most people.
Let me tell you though, it being wireless plus incredibly light has been a game changer.
Really thought I'd never get over the smaller shape as I have huge hands but eventually I got used to it and now big mice feel weird.
My friend had a dark core from 3 months, and it’s had no issues so far, but I saw quite a bit of issues regarding the Omron 20ms, but any chance this would satisfy your needs? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QN369XX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_JKYCAAVF3Q34ZWCD7RK4
Amazon.com: Logitech G604 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse: Computers & Accessories
Confirmed working with the USB dongle. It works pretty well with minimal (if any) input lag. Bluetooth connectivity for this mouse is not supported on the PS5.
Also available on https://smile.amazon.com/Logitech-Lightspeed-Wireless-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B07QN369XX if you would prefer that, but Amazon removed any and all Rakuten cashback due to the coronavirus making them figure they don't need any extra incentives for shoppers.
Thanks OP! Been holding out for a sale on one of these for months, seems like the best replacement I'll find for the G700s. Maybe one of these days they'll reboot it with the MX518, but mine is dying and used ones are like $250 (why?!?).
Also it's the same price on Amazon if anyone prefers Prime shipping/has gift cards there.
some logitech mouse have what I assume is a clutch to engage the clicky part

I've used various logitech's over the years that have this function and enjoyed it.

DUAL MODE HYPERFAST SCROLL WHEEL: Durable metal scroll wheel switches between hyper fast and ratchetted scrolling; Programmable scrolling lets you apply key binds
this mouse I know has a clicky middle button as I am using it right now https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08K39LYKF/
look at mice aimed for gamers, also if they say "gaming" in the product name its probably crap. Any mouse meant for gamers that is not garbage is going to have a middle mouse button like this.
The mouse is also on sale at Amazon and BestBuy, for the same price.

As for the NewEgg, you could combine the 10% off new email subscriber coupon code with either the 8% cashback from RetailMeNot OR receive a $10 Newegg GC when you make your first mobile order.
Same on Amazon but backordered til April 2nd and with Amazon delaying stuff
Logitech G-Series in my opinion has the best support software and hardware package. I run the Logitech G602 or G604 mouse due to the custom button programming that can be triggered by the active application (Solidworks to AutoCAD all custom programmed to my workflow, no interruptions to change between manually).

While I don't personally use it, the 3DConnexion Spacemouse products are often seen in large drafting environments. Several colleagues of mine swear by them. This would be more specific a tool than a keyboard though.

As far as monitor's go, the most efficient solution I have seen is to use the laptop and a wall mounted television. Use the laptop for email, web browsing, etc, and the television for all drafting activities.
I personally run a Vizio 75" 4K television with two Dell 27" 1080P beneath. This allows me to have Outlook on one screen, Solidworks/AutoCAD on another, and web browser/Excel on the other. Remember, investing in this equipment can be costly, so choose market proven brands with support and warranty.

The G600 has more buttons, but they're clustered at the thumb.

So over in r/mousereview, gaming mouse enthusiasts use "ergo" to describe basically any shape that isn't symmetrical. On reading your title, I was gonna comment that there are tons, but if the MX Master shape is what you're looking for, there aren't any that match it perfectly. A few come close, but none really have the aggressive slant and sharp hump. I'm assuming you want wireless based on what you already have.
Logitech has the G604 Lightspeed and G502 Lightspeed. Razer has the Basilisk lineup, with the wireless versions being the Basilisk X Hyperspeed and Basilisk Ultimate. Those are probably the closest.
Other "ergo" wireless gaming mice: Roccat Kone Pro Air, Ninjutso Origin One X, Logitech G603/G703, Razer Deathadder v2 Pro/Mamba Wireless. Honestly there are tons of them and I can't name them all. Just make sure to check reviews because there's a lot of cheap crap out there.
By the way, do you actually play at 10K DPI? The high DPI numbers are mostly just for marketing, most people do not come close to that. I tend to use 800-1200 DPI, depending on the game. What's really important in a gaming sensor is that it tracks accurately with no acceleration, doesn't spin out, and has a low or adjustable lift-off distance.
I use a Logitech G604 mouse (got it for like $60) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07QN369XX/ and Keychron K1 (~$100) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B086PWQCRQ/
I love both and they were worth every penny.

I got the Logitech G604 for $80 https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07QN369XX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_hXUHFbKGZDPTX
Supposed to be a bit on the heavier side and good for MOBAs esp with all the buttons. I’ll be mainly using it for FPS though.
I love my 604. Comfortable, just the right weight, and easy to customize.
Here's my wired and wireless recommendations

Roccat Leadr. It's pretty pricey. I'd argue it's actually pretty overpriced, but here's what I think:
I found that I have had to make little to no sacrifices with how I hold this mouse. I haven't tried, but I'm sure if I used one of those mice with 9-12 buttons on the left side I would get frustrated with the feeling pretty quick.
It's the mouse I'm currently using. Very happy customer!
I've used this mouse and had some issues with it (rubber began coming off on the side), but other than that I've had nothing but good experiences with it. My case probably isn't too typical.
