Switched from this to a g703 and prefer it much better. If you’re right handed and don’t need the ambidextrous design, I’d consider it over this one for superior ergonomics and saving a few bucks while you’re at it.

If you want the wireless version, get the G703 LIGHTSPEED with the HERO 25k sensor. It has significantly improved battery life over the non-HERO sensor.

In the wired versions I think the G403 HERO weighs like 2 grams less, but the reduced power consumption from the newer sensor is pretty meaningless on wired mice.

If you're palm gripper, it seems like the G703 Lightspeed Wireless is the mouse for you. It's definitely got a more comfortable ergo pronounced hump, but not too large to where you can still use claw-grip on it. That's my take on it.

I have the Logitech G 703 and the Logitech PowerPlay mouse pad. I haven't changed or charged a battery in my mouse in over 3 years. It is truly the best invention for gamers ever.

(on a side note, if you use a joystick for flight sims, unplug the powerplay mouse pad. It may cause a little interference. It did on my T.16000m)
