G903 is hot garbage. My kids have gone through 2 of them in less than 6 months.
Their older G900 still works perfectly and I think those are 2 years old? I think they are on sale for $73. Yes it's 10 bucks more for older tech but sometimes the newer isn't better man, especially in this case.
If you can fing a G900 in stock you can usually get them for around $100 ($105 on Amazon). Same wireless performance as 903, without the wireless charging feature.
Grab a 1060, should give you quite a nice boost.
Check out the Logitech G900 Very nice mouse. Has gone on sale a few times over in r/buildapcsales lately. At 30% off atm right now, dipped to %50 a few times.
Maybe if enough of us submit a lower price they'll price match?
Go to the g900 product page and scroll down to "Would you like to tell us about a lower price?" and submit the bestbuy link.

Just picked this up at my local Best Buy. I am really enjoying it. The wireless truly does seem to be really accurate with no lag (just a few hours of use)
Right now the g900, arguably the best mouse out there is at $115 (usually $150) on Amazon
https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Spectrum-Professional-Wireless-Ambidextrous/dp/B01CEFEMFW
That is pretty much top of the line, can be wired or wireless, has a fantastic sensor and pretty much has everything you could want from a Mouse (no RGB light though...)
I use the front USB ports on my cases for my mouse, and the damn cord always bugs me and touches my wrist or somwhere on my hand. How do you have yours set up? The cord isnt very long to reach all the way behind my desk and under to the back of my computer. Getting sick of this bullshit.
ALSO, I have this mouse It's expensive, feels great and looks great but for some reason the wireless actually blows ass for me. Basically it doesnt function as wireless. Any idea what is causing this? The mouse didnt come with any cds or anything in package. Also my computer is near all of my other hardware, another PC, router, modem, xbox etc.
Just checked Amazon, turns out it's a deal of the day right now.
The G900 is on sale at the minute on amazon I believe https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Spectrum-Professional-Wireless-Ambidextrous/dp/B01CEFEMFW
~~The G900 has all of logitechs latest technology, including the lowest input delay of any wireless mouse to date and with the best sensor on the market, I think that it is worth the extra $30, if you feel that it is not worth it then the MX master is a reasonable choice.~~
edit: on second thought the G403 would be a better choice honestly, here http://gaming.logitech.com/en-us/product/g403-prodigy-wireless-gaming-mouse
Same price on Amazon too if you prefer to shop from there: https://www.amazon.ca/Logitech-Spectrum-Professional-Wireless-910-004558/dp/B01CEFEMFW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1495233960&sr=8-1&keywords=G900
Would this be an upgrade from the Logitech G900?
Either the Logitech G900 or G903 might fit the bill for you:

I answered a similar question in /r/pcmasterrace in the past for another lefty gamer so I'm copy/pasting with some minor updates for you. Don't get me wrong, this ISN'T a simple fix for your problem, but as a fellow lefty gamer I wanted to share since it's the best solution I've found after years of searching.
As a lefty gamer as well (actually left handed, but learned to keyboard/mouse "normal" until I broke my right arm in high school), I've spent at least a decade on the hunt for the perfect lefty setup. I did exactly what you do, arrow keys or IJKL to move, and the surrounding buttons for other activities (0_Insert as a jump button for instance). I since moved onto gamepads, which is easily the hardest part to shop for but very much well worth it. It's opened the list of games I can play comfortably and I'm far more competitive than I used to be. The biggest reason why I went to gamepads is to avoid this exact problem: Some games won't allow you to bind to alternatives, or at least not the ones you want to use. I've eventually stumbled on a decent solution. Right now my current setup is probably pricier than you're looking for, but I'll include some cheaper alternatives:
Although it might be out of your price range right now, as someone who's done a lot of shopping around for the right solution for us lefty gamers, I recommend working your way towards an ambidextrous/lefty mouse and a gamepad/keypad. It's seriously the best way to play comfortably for us.
Just an FYI it's $97 new on Amazon right now.
Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum Professional Grade Wired/Wireless Gaming Mouse, Ambidextrous Mouse https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CEFEMFW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_iH-sAbFWHKRGC
bought it June 1st 2016, still works perfectly.
Thanks. I went with the Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum Professional Grade Wired/Wireless Gaming Mouse, Ambidextrous Mouse.
For those who prefer Amazon over Bestbuy, it's back on amazon for $75

$150 but it goes on sale sometimes for $99-$129
I've gone through tons of peripherals. I think I'm finally happy with what I have now. I'd prioratize mouse and headset before anything else. Just make sure you get a mouse with a good sensor and hand fit.
Mouse - G900
Keyboard - CM STORM QF
Headphones - Audio Technica ATH-700
Mouse Mat - XXL Soft
Mic - Snowball
Still a far cry from the ~$75 you'd get via the BestBuy deal.
The Logitech G900 is the best wireless mouse it has a 1ms response time but it's pricey. A more affordable one I'd recommend would be Logitech G602
EDIT: The G900 also has an attachable wire for wired mode.
Here you go.
Here we go buddy, guess I (we) got lucky with Amazon Canada! https://www.amazon.ca/Logitech-Spectrum-Professional-Wireless-910-004558/dp/B01CEFEMFW/ref=sr_1_cc_2?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1459925095&sr=1-2-catcorr&keywords=logitech+g900
It disappeared from the BBY website but he's talking about the mouse
