It's really nice! I use it a lot like this gif, slide it out of the way when not in use, it's really thin when the legs are folded in. It has a solar panel at the top so it never needs to be charged! No light up keys, but that doesn't bother me. Typing feels really close to the Apple keyboards. It functions perfectly with my hackintosh. I got mine refurbished for $20, full price is $45 <--- amazon link.
I'm switching from Mac to PC, so I have a wireless Logitech USB mouse and this keyboard: http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Wireless-Solar-Keyboard-K750/dp/B005L38VRU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1435709924&sr=8-2&keywords=mac+wireless+keyboard
Apparently the keyboard works on PCs, but will it (or the USB mouse) function when I do an out-of-the-box build in case I need to poke around in the BIOS? Not sure whether they would need drivers or whether the wireless USB would pose an issue since there will be no OS during that stage. Thanks!
It's a good keyboard but keep in mind it is only a half keyboard. I currently swap with a full-sized logitech board for gaming but I am thinking of replacing both entirely with either the Apple Wired Keyboard or this Mac Logitech keyboard
I really like the Logitech K750 Solar, it comes right in around $50 and feels great. Its wireless and charges with some solar panels built in.
I've used and like the Logitech K750. It's wireless, but occupies a USB port with its small dongle. Being solar powered, you never have to replace batteries, which I enjoy. The keys are a bit soft, but not in a way that bothered me. Current price on Amazon is $50, and it usually hovers between $50-60, but drops below $40 from time to time (price history).
I see that Macalley also has a solar extended keyboard, including a model that is bluetooth (so, no usb receiver). More expensive, but it is space gray. :-)

This is the one I have and it makes my day so much better. http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Wireless-Solar-Keyboard-K750/dp/B005L38VRU
Bucking all the calls for mechanical keyboards, I very much like my Logitech Wireless Solar Keyboard.
And, yes, some sort of stand like the mStand.
I just bought this exact keyboard to replace Apple's wireless keyboard and it works a dream. Cheaper, too.
I use the Apple Magic Mouse 2, it’s good but it takes so getting used to as well. It’s very sensitive.
For the keyboard I use the Logitech Solar Wireless Keyboard for Mac. It’s great! Never having to charge it and it can use artificial light to charge also.
