"The only true and unedited telling of the life of Christ—his life and times, in historical context, but not lacking the psychology behind his physical being and spirit. Unlike other books seeking to strip Jesus' story to reveal only the human being, Romano Guardini's The Lord gives the complete story of Jesus Christ—as man, Holy Ghost, and Creator. Pope Benedict XVI lauds Guardini's work as providing a full understanding of the Son of God, away from the prejudice that rationality engenders. Put long-held myths aside and discover the entire truth about God's only begotten Son." This is the synopsis from Amazon. Here is a link to reviews
Romano Guardin's The Lord. He was the mentor of Pope Benedict, and his book is the most powerful approach to Christ I've ever read 💎 every single page in it is a mind-blowing insight, even to believers who are already well-versed with the Gospel texts.
[Pope Benedict's books on Christ are, in contrast, a bit too academic, and Fulton Sheen's Life of Christ had too few new insights from me that I wouldn't have gotten from regular catequesis].
Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen, Life of Christ. I've linked a .pdf of the book.
Benedict XVI, "Jesus of Nazareth" in three volumes.https://www.amazon.com/Lord-Romano-Guardini/dp/0895267144/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2HBJMLUCUXIJA&dchild=1&keywords=romano+guardini+the+lord&qid=1615438930&sprefix=romano+guardi%2Caps%2C238&sr=8-1)
I hope this is what you were looking for. All three suggestions are wonderful. Archbishop Sheen and Pope Benedict XVI are intellectual giants and their understanding of our Lord is so deep and full. I hope you enjoy them.
