The last picture is definitely white powdery mildew. I use Lost Coast Plant Therapy (https://www.amazon.com/Lost-Coast-Miticide-Fungicide-Insecticide/dp/B076ZSZGRJ/ref=sr\_1\_6?crid=2JNEW2S9RTGMJ&dchild=1&keywords=lost+coast+plant+therapy&qid=1632091416&sprefix=lost+coast+pl%2Caps%2C215&sr=8-6) for my WPM and it works wonders. This appears to be an outdoor grow, so spray it at night time. You don't want to spray it with this stuff during the day because it's like Neem Oil and will actually burn your plant if you use in direct sunlight. I've recovered plants far worse off with WPM than this one.
Spinosad and BT work through ingestion, they eat it and it kills their appetite, they slowly die out. Spinosad will kill most things (organically with an enzyme) whereas BT works (i assume) exclusively on caters.
Spinosad/BT doesn't seem to work well (for me) on these smaller bugs. Aphids, spider mites. I use lost coast plant therapy from my local hydro store, use it to wash the leaves.
Lost coast spray. I used it on my first plant which got spider mites durring flower. Mine wasn't nearly as bad an infestation as yours though.. Contune to spray after you think they're gone. If you don't get them all they come back quick.

I would really considering trying something other than diluted milk.
Use This. It is effective against PM.
You'll need a spray bottle too. It's safe to spray during flower.

Lost Coast Plant Therapy has served me well for years against spider mites. Their newest formula is more efficient too.
It sucks so bad. I wish you the best of luck combating it.

You want that and a spray bottle. Cover the plants right before the lights go off. You should spray the side of the pots, top layer of dirt, undersides of the leaves, or anywhere spider mites might be. Do this every day for 5 days, then every other day twice, then once a week until you flip to flower.
I'd highly suggest throwing away your other house plants or treat them with the same regiment as you do your cannabis plant. If you have them on the other plants, they will almost certainly get to your cannabis plant again.
Fire!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 or you can try lost coast plant therapy.

I can't find what all of the active ingredients are but I'm looking the SDS sheet right now.
Go to home depot and buy spinosad and use that while one of these arrives in the mail
I'd suggest lost coast.
Do a moderate defiolation. Spray every inch of the plant, undersides too. Spray the top of the dirt/coco. Spray around the tent and the tent walls. Vacuum outside of the tent. Spray every day for 1 week. Then every other day for 1 week. Then 2x week for 1 week. That should get rid of everything. Watch your humidity and have plenty of air flow from fans.
I would highly suggest not using diatomaceous earth. It works okay for fungus gnat management. It's messy and you should wear a mask when you handle it because it aerosolizes very easily. It also doesn't really work once it gets wet in my experience. If this is mites or root aphids (not sure which), DE won't help.
You can use Nuke'em or Low Cost PT to spray the plants as well. If you have leaf damage from the mites, then you need to spray them too. More than once. Preferably 4 or 5 times 30min before lights go out.
My grow shop recommended lost coast since I was in flower too. It’s worked pretty well
