Yes, but you'd probably have to buy it used through Amazon or eBay. Just search on those websites. I own this one, but it's currently absurdly priced, because I'm assuming it's out of print and can only be bought used now.
This LOST complete series set is expensive, but it's pretty damn awesome. I got mine on eBay a few years ago for $260-something.
EDIT: According to the reviews on that Amazon page, best not to buy that particular one. Search for the same product on eBay.
I don't mean to piggy back on your post but I was considering getting the discs as well, mainly for the extra content but also just to have physical copies.
I did a bit of reading on the 'all-in-one' box set (with the extra trinkets and such) and people said that the packaging and condition of the discs is questionable. A lot of people said the packaging sucks. It's about $180ish on Amazon for the blu-ray version. But if you buy each season individually it's closer to $200+; however, people said each season is then properly packaged and I believe you still get all the bonus footage but no 'trinkets'; which I really don't care about.
Basically wondering if anyone has purchased this and got it in good condition: http://www.amazon.com/Lost-The-Complete-Collection-Blu-ray/dp/B0036EH3WK/ref=tmm_blu_title_0
The surgeon and the man in the accident were the same person. When the island started traveling through time, Jack was thrown back to the city where his past self was still practicing at the hospital.

This is one you mean I think. I can’t understand why it’s so expensive!
There was, but it was a fancy collector's edition set that was really expensive to begin with and now even more expensive since it was limited edition and no longer being made. There's no basic complete series set in the U.S. like from the U.K., but even that is expensive too.
Unless I just can't see it, it looks like you're missing this.
I found it for you:
It's the lost series box set on blu-ray. It's big.
Apparently Gavin never visited Amazon.
