No it's not like buying mechanical keyboard stuff. Generally, you can buy them from manufacturers but they just cost more than your average case. Check out https://www.sfflab.com/ as they are a good source for many of the great sff pc cases.

It doesn't, appears that is an additional $50 charge.

They claim it is made of 'aircraft grade aluminum' earlier, I'd imagine it's Aluminum-magnesium Alloy, not true magnesium alloy (IE 50+% mg instead of 50+% Al). They specifically call out 6061, which is the same material the iPhone 6 frame wase made of. Which is funny, because that's not typically aircraft grade, the 7XXX series is, 6xxx series is more cars/boats.
I'm sure the case would be fine - but don't forget to factor in shipping. I'm not sure I would go with a Ghost over it - but I probably trust TaoBao agents more than I do Loque at this point having dealt with the former and only watched people generally struggle with the later. But the Ghost is currently on Amazon for not much more - so it may very well be the better option.
Some other comments:
Reviews of it observe it has similar issues with paint mis-matchin as the ghost did.
There are a few reviews comparing it directly to the S1 - stating the S1 is superior quality (in part due to the steel frame)

The motherboard was source from eBay, that's one that I found, since it's old chipset, and other than new in box over inflated prices, used is the best bet. You can also go for a Z270 since it also supports 6xxx series CPUs. Z370/Z390 does not. Also you have to get one with WIFI integrated. If not just add any WIFI USB adapter.
You can reduce the price if you look for used GPUs, but as a good starting point the 2070 Super is a winner in my book. The case itself well, it's the price of being a boutique low production item.
Probably others can make a better config, but I also tried to make a PC that would be competent with storage available since the space of the Louqe limits that.

Your build list looks fine, some points that came to my mind while looking at it:
- You can get cheaper RAM (as long as it's still 3200 CL16/3600 CL 18 or better) if you will use that air cooler, because you will not see it.
- If you stick with air cooling don't change the cooler, that's the best one on the market right now.
- Nvidia and AMD are both expected to release new GPUs this year (probably available in Q3/Q4 if Nvidia sticks to it's usual release cycle). I think we will see improvements especially for raytracing. Currently with RTX on games a 2080S can push just barely more than 144 fps. Personally, I would go with an RTX 2070S now and trade it in for an RTX 3080 or whatever it will be called, if you have a low cost option to do so.
- If you build in a small case you really want to have an SFX PSU. While it is possible in some ITX cases to use ATX PSUs, most of the time it results in nightmare for cable management.
- The ITX case you chose is actually quite big, there are much smaller cases available. Most of them require you to change the cooler to an AIO however. Here is a small list of very popular cases, or a bigger list here. Also check out r/sffpc
- Dan Case A4 ($220, use the alpenföhn black ridge cooler, shipping time ~4 weeks)
- Ncase M1 (§210, use a 240mm AIO, shipping time ~4 weeks)
- Sliger cases ($220-260, air or water cooling, shipping from the US)
- Ghost S1 ($270, expandable with tophats --> air or AIO cooling, shipped by Amazon)
- Velka 5 ($130, air cooling, on backorder until May)
- Lian Li TU150 ($110, available at normal retailers, air cooling)
- InWin A1 ($180, available at normal retailers, air cooling)
- Monitor: The low budget version would be the Acer Nitro VG1. It's 27" 1440p 144Hz IPS with HDR400 certification, you can get it for ~$350. A more expensive version would be the Asus ROG Strix XG279Q. It has the same specs as the Acer, but higher sustainable brightness, better OC (can hit ~170Hz), and it has G-Sync. It will cost about $600, tho
If you're planning to fly with this portable setup, I would recommend a Pelican case 1510 or 1535 Air over a backpack or duffel. It'll provide a little more padding/protection, wheels, and you can even put your GPU into a separate padded compartment when traveling so it doesn't get damaged. This is what I'm looking to do soon here - building an Ncase M1 gaming rig that will fit into one of these two Pelican cases and be absurdly well protected while traveling.
The Dan A4 is readily available to order online. Not sure what country you're in, but you have to order it from Overclockers UK or their German counterpart. They ship around the world out of the Overclockers UK website. Ncase is about to do another round of preorders on the 24th which will ship sometime in March I believe. The Sentry was a one time deal and they don't anticipate making more (I reached out to them and this is what they told me). The used ones sell for $500+ on eBay. The Ghost S1 is available to order on Amazon in the US.
