We've had one of these in the past and they can't be dumped over either.
We paid more than this for ours at the pet store but we never saw it flipped and our last dog was notorious for whipping bowls around when he was hungry.

My puppy always makes a mess when drinking. He will also carry his water bowl with water sloshing and spilling everywhere. I got one of these no tip water bowls and he hasn't been able to pick it up or knock it over yet. He is a smaller breed though.
