Low Carb Gourmet I purchased this after reading it from the Dr Diet site. The price to buy it in the states was outrageous! But I happen to find it from England, and it was super cheap. Even the shipping was cheap. I didn't spend more that $15 USD.
Does the paperback version have less recipies?
I notice the paperback version is 176 pages while the hardcover is a whopping 320
Obviously the price difference is huge Paperback: 20 Hardcover: 75+
