I found this cookbook at a Costco, most of the recipes are very quick, easy, and delicious. For many of them it includes which ingredients to remove to make them AIP compatible.

"Low Carb Yum 5-Ingredient Keto" by Lisa MarcAurele mentions whether or not certain ingredients should be omitted for those on AIP in some of the recipes. Also the meals are super simple and involve really basic ingredients that you can get from any grocery store.
