Ok so now things get a little more subjective in regards to how much of a "deal" this is. As for the pics, you can post them to imgur then link the url here.
Those drums and cymbals are entry level gear. This would be a solid deal for a beginner buying their first ever drum set. If someone new to drumming came to this sub with that deal, I'd say hell yes pull the trigger.
That said, you're looking to upgrade from your no-name kit. I don't know your current kit, but it's probably fair to say this would still be an upgrade. However, I'm not sure if the difference in quality between your current set and your new set is worth the price. Going from nothing to Ludwig accents and ZBT cymbals is great. Going from (even a shit) no-name kit to a branded entry level kit may not be as big a jump. That said, this is pretty much entirely dependent on your budget and what you want out of a kit. If your budget is $500 max, then yea this is a good deal go for it. If you have a bit more (maybe closer to $700-1k) I'd say wait for a mid-range kit with better cymbals. Going from entry level gear to mid-range gear is a world of difference, but going from no-name entry level gear to branded entry level gear is much closer.
But let me break this down by each item category so you can see where I'm coming from. Ludwig accents go for ~450 on amazon. So those would be about ~$200 used (half the value). Zildjian ZBTs are ~$215, but are probably worth ~$100 total used, if that. ZBTs are entry-level cymbals and will be something you'll want to replace relatively quickly (higher quality cymbals really drive up the quality of the sound). The hardware is likely low-level hardware (even if it's Ludwig) and probably not worth much.
Here's what I'd do in your position. Check your local craigslist/fb marketplace/other selling apps and see if anyone near you is selling drum sets and see what combo of drums and cymbals you can piece together with your budget. If there's nothing (or nothing good), then I'd say this is worth it. But if you can find a mid-range kit like a Mapex Armory, PDP Concept, Yamaha Stage Custom, or something like that, with better cymbals, those would blow the Accent out of the water.
