I take this.
It's a blend that includes Passion Flower. Since it's a blend, I can't speak Passion Flower exclusively. But when I do take it, my watch tells me my sleep quality was better than when I don't take it.
Serving size is 2 capsules. For me personally, one is good enough.
I'm currently taking an all-natural supplement that includes 10mg of magnesium in each dose (it's called Luna if you're interested, so far I've been liking it and has been a good substitute to the trazodone I've been weening myself off of) and along with sleeping better I have noticed that it has been helpful in easing my tight muscles in my neck and my ability to retain water instead of it just going in one way and out the other in no time. It is a rather low amount compared to what other people suggest taking but it has made a noticeable difference for me.
I am literally a stranger and have no idea how to help you, but below are some things my partner and I use to combat insomnia (his is far worse than mine). ♥️ I wish you the best of luck on your sleep journey.
1. best sleeping pills we have found
2. my favorite ASMR 20-min sleep video
3. another ASMR sleep video (it doesn’t say sleep, but it puts me to sleep)
4. ASMR for releasing negative energy (usually helps me sleep)

Here's the one that I bought.
Or just regular melatonin is good enough
I take these, works pretty well, and you wake up feeling refreashed.
These three things have helped me immensely in quitting my weed habit:

I also still drink and believe me it is nice to hold a good beer in my hand as my friends pass the jay around but I have been in the presence of weed multiple times now without feeling the need to smoke it.
I'm 2 months sober from weed at this point and I can't ever imagine going back to it. The benefits are still coming, albeit more slowly at this point, but another several months and I think I'll be close to the 100% mark.
