I completely understand. I’ve been non weight bearing for 4 weeks. The first 2 weeks are the worst. My butt was so sore from sitting so much. I promise it gets better.
The best position for me was reclined with my foot propped up. I got this pillow for my upper body. Try to get on crutches every once in a while. If you are NWB you can place your bad foot flat on the ground to help balance.
I was sitting a lot when it would have been more comfortable to just lie down or recline. Laying down completely may be the most comfortable.
