I think it depends. My sister after she moved out gave me a 4-5ft light stand that has 5, movable e26 sockets in the top. I bought two 150w(30w) grow LEDs on Amazon that have white, blue, and red LEDs that are perfect for growing plants for a good while. I wouldn't use them for flowering, but they are good for the first half of the plants life if it's a small er plant like an indica.

Again, not ideal to use for the whole lifespan of a plant, but a very cost effective way for some people to get started growing weed with.

It all depends on the environment for them - I live in Scotland with an east facing window, so the temp/light isn’t the greatest for succ germination, so for me it’s the best situation :)
Give them the brightest windowsill you have, and hopefully things should work out for you, just keep an eye for the weather dropping in temperature drastically and move them away from the window if it’s due to get very cold, it can shock the seedlings.
If it helps, this is the exact grow light I use, in a average reading lamp with a flexible neck - grow lights are tricky, what with all the options and ‘reputable’ companies telling folks that 10w of blurple light will keep a cactus alive, stands that are nice looking but cost the earth - but this one really gets the job done for a reasonable price, and I’ve had it running over a year now and bought a 2nd :)
Best of luck!

I have a few of these lights. They are amazing for the price. I think it uses the same amount of power as a 40W incandescence. Haven't really noticed a spike at all in power (have used for over a year). I have the gooseneck devices... would recommend these bulbs over them. I was able to grow beans with them and all my houseplants flourish through the winter. Downside... they are really bright. Fresh herbs cost more than the power usage.
Ok list time; my hubby calls these ones suns, this one is nice for clamping onto the counter, these ones I have over my axolotl tanks for the plants (pothos, bamboo / dracaena, peace lily) cause they're not too bright for the lotls, this one is sitting on my cedar chest where my big plants are sitting. This is the remote control I use for the suns, and this is the remote I use for the floor lamp since the reviews said the switch wears out very fast and also I am very lazy. Enjoy!
Peperomia ferreyrae. Yes, it is a succulent.
Mine is in the kitchen with this type of plant light https://www.amazon.com/LVJING-Vegetables-Greenhouse-Hydroponic-Protective/dp/B07VDPC3D2 for 10 hours a day and loves it. No windows at all.
It's quite a bit larger than yous and in an 18" tall pot, that is "soaked" (never top-watered) about once every two months.
They tend to drop a lot of leaves/needles. If too dry, they turn brown and fall off; if too much water, they turn yellow and fall off.
I suggest constantly pruning new tips or it will get very leggy. If you pinch off the top inch on each branch, they will double and keep the plant full.
If you ever feel like cutting it back in 5 or 6 inch chunks, the cuttings root very quickly. I plop my cuttings in sand and once established (and if they fit) go back into the larger pot.
The way she is growing now, is 100% normal. If you get brave, pinch and prune as suggested.
Two of these cheap lamps zip tied to the top cross bar from hanging sockets. The tent is a 32"x32" by 6'.
