Something like this looks pretty good. Not an annoying purple red blue thing. I actually got that one from my sister, not sure where she got it from. But I do have another one for some of my other plants that works well. It can be made to 60” tall and you can use 1,2,3, or all 4 of the lights at once. grow light

this is the light it’s under , i put it under this light about a week ago. i honestly didn’t think that having it too close would hurt it. i’ve only had house plants for about 8-9 months so im still very new to proper care.
this is the light it’s under , i got this light about a week ago. it’a an LED light. do you think cutting down from 12 hours of light would help it? or is the intensity of light too high?
