My friend is actually making me a neon sign of the ILIWYS box for my birthday. She bought this wire off amazon for around $10, plus whatever other supplies to attach/mount it to (probably around $20 total?). Of course you'd have to do the work and make it yourself, so it may not look perfect. It also might be a little smaller depending on how much wire you buy, but it does the job and is so much cheaper.

I bought this led wire off of Amazon! Then I just wrapped it around my sacred nippon wooden blade (carved from a Baja Blast Dew Tree), and fired a rear-curtain sync flash after a few seconds of exposure!

That burst of light is fantastic. I'm sure it's not as bad to a human eye, but another good light source for this would be some el wire.

Use amazon if you have a prime account. just use a long thing of El wire and stick zip ties through the fabric. here's a 15 ft strip of it with a power reserve that you could probs put in your pocket or something I'd you put it around correctly.
