• For learning bash/scripting/github, see the free "The Missing Semester of your CS Education" course from MIT: https://missing.csail.mit.edu/

• For ML and Deep learning, here are the two books I can highly recommend:
  • Introduction to Statistical Learning, 2nd Edition: https://www.statlearning.com/ this will help you understand ML theory and is balanced with code implementations (in R)
  • Machine Learning with Pytorch and sklearn https://www.amazon.com/Machine-Learning-PyTorch-Scikit-Learn-learning-ebook/dp/B09NW48MR1 This will help you understand code implementations and some engineering
