I tried the Naga out back in cata. Gave it a good month or so and I just couldn't get used to it. I think part of my problem is my hands are larger than most, and I just didn't have the dexterity to reliably hit the button I wanted.
After some looking I found this mouse and I LOVE it. It's well on the expensive side of things, but 14 buttons and an adjustable frame was EXACTLY what I wanted.

I literally just RMA'd my Razer Naga Molten Edition two days ago for this same issue. They'll replace it for you with a new one, if its any consolation.
I also have this though, so I'm pretty much set.
Not really a game suggestion but MMO mice could maybe help making games more accessible. Also Microsoft recently announced/released their "Xbox Adaptive Controller" but I'm not sure if that's actually useful for you.
This mouse specifically has a built in joystick of sorts, but it's been out of production for a while, you may still be able to hunt some down on ebay.

no, but it is awesome and so far survived 4 years of abuse issue free.

This is the best I could find, it was kinda hard to find something with everything you wanted for some reason. If this doesn't fit just let me know :)
My Naga crapped out recently and this is what I'm thinking of replacing it with.
MMO 7 The greatest mouse ever(my opinion). Using it since 2012.
