Furry seat is just for show, if you want to put on miles buy this (Coleman MadDog GearComfort Ride Seat Protector https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006JMK7N8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_V26PNRKX91C27S6F864X)
They last for about 10,000 miles before they break down. You can do several hundred miles in a day with that seat cushion if you push it.
Center stand is one of the best purchases for the bike. You can always have stability when parking as opposed to the kick stand, you can lube your chain/change sprockets/remove wheels without needing to Jack the bike up, and it’s just very convenient.
Tire should be on correct, but who knows you may be right. Either way I’m not taking it off until the tread runs out lol.
Also I should add that despite this picture, I do 99 percent of my miles on road. I’m actually a fraud and this is my city commuter bike that I take off road like once a year lol.
Seat concepts is worth the money but if you’re looking for a cheap temporary option I think there is a seat cover on Amazon for $20 that you can buckle/ tie under the seat and gives a nice bit of padding. I know a couple dudes who toss these gel seat pads on their smaller dual sports for longer rides and like them
I can't say for sure but it looks like the standard ATV one that a lot of us have. ~$20 on Amazon. It improves my comfort for sure, but it's still not a great solution if you're uncomfortable on the stock seat.

There's also the seat covers. I guess at the price point trying a few different makes to get the best outcome is reasonable. Considering the price of those aftermarket seats.
I'd be looking for one that widens and firms the outside edges.
This link, I got botted
Looks like the Coleman MadDog seat cover.
Looks like a Coleman Mad Dog seat cover. Can just barely make out the logo on the back.

I cut the straps down after I installed.
It’s a universal seat cover. It’s cheap and looks good. It’s also confortable. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B006JMK7N8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_A00JQKWC186VQX4T08PN

The straps required a bit of easy modification to negotiate the plastics on my gen 2. Iirc, I had to cut the buckles off the middle straps and use a bit of cord to lash then together under the seat. It ends up not being a 2 second take on/off thing like I imagined it would be, but I don’t mind leaving it on all the time.
I’ve also found that what I’m wearing makes a huge difference comfort-wise... any seam stitched into the ass of your pants, you’re going to feel.
Its just a seat pad/protector bought it off Amazon. MadDog GearComfort Ride Seat Protector https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006JMK7N8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_Zbe.zbZ7S36HS its not waterproof so I hit it up with a waterproofing spray every so often.
Before you go spend $200+ on a new seat, try this on the stock seat.

Only $18 and you can return it if it doesn't work.
