It's so much easier making dough for baked goods. I no longer need to measure out each ingredient. Just zero out the scale and pour or spoon the coconut flour (or whatever) into the mixing bowl until I get the desired weight in grams.
I use a "butter butler" for my butter and cream cheese, so it's easy to dispense them out by weight as well.

AKA Butter Butler, no cleanup needed, other than being "forced" to eat an extra sliver of butter that squeezes out if you don't relieve the pressure when done.
