I've been trying to eat low carb for the past two weeks or so. I put on a few pounds during the divorce process(yay stress eating at mcdonales) and need to lose it.
I've been using my slow cooker a ton, this $2.99 E-Book has a bunch of great recipes.
I've also been learning to cook with spaghetti squash. It's Low Carb, but adds a pasta replacement to meals.
