Get two of these.
They fit perfectly in the op tupperware from sistema.
Wipe them down with distilled water and a clean cloth a couple times then throw your bovedas in and wait until the humidity is stable (few days? Week?). Then just put your sticks in. Voila.
Cedar is good for humidity recovery after opening your tupperware every now and then.
I’m no expert but I feel cedar trays offer three things. An rH buffer to protect from humidity swings, aroma, and most obviously they would offer storage and protection for loose sticks.
I have a number of these in use across tupperdors of various sizes:

Is amazon an option for you OP?
You can definitely fit two of these Mantello's in there. I have four Klips with 2 ineach and they fit like they coordinated on design. :)
The seal on mine have been solid so far.
Love mine... also, you can fit 3 of these stacked up on the bottom if you only keep the original number of shelves and start them in the top slots. Once you get another drawer or shelf, you can only fit one on the bottom.
This tray fits perfectly in the Sistema 236oz Container mentioned above, you can even stack two in it...

True. I had someone send me a Royal Release Salomones and about choked when I saw the $100 price tag. It was a very special gift to say the least. Haven't smoked it yet. Just waiting for the right event
2 of these fit nicely in a sistema, although lately ive just been emptying my boxes and stacking them in my other tupperdores
Amazon sells Spanish cedar trays. I can stack two of these in my Tupperdor

I’ve used them before this humidor and they are great.
If you pick up the one I recommended you can fit this cedar tray in it.

Two of these trays fit perfectly in those sistema tupperadors. They're the best setup bar none. The cedar provides great aroma for aging sticks, and act to buffer humidity in the otherwise simple plastic. They also allow for good organizing.
Btw. Amazon carries a solid Spanish cedar cigar tray for like $12 each just her a bunch of these.

With these trays

I have 2 60 gram 65 RH Boveda packs in each and they last 6 months to a year depending on how often I open them. I just swap them out when they get dry. I also keep one of these hygrometers in each
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WJJ9265/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_P95419VAAWAK99JJZEBZ
There are definitely nicer set ups out there, but this one has done the job for me and I don't think I'll be replacing this system as it's cheap and effective.
As far as temperature, I could probably do a better job controlling that, I keep my house at 72 year round, but I store them in a closet with no AC vent and I live somewhere really hot so sometimes I've found them at 78+. I check of them through the container ever couple of weeks or so and rotate them and resupply my daily use humidor every 4-6 months or so. I've never had mold or any problems with them.
You can fit 2 perfectly inside this Tupperware
There is enough wood in the trays that you need to season them or they will throw off the humidity in the tupperdor.
I found you can fit two of these wood trays inside of This container. however there is so much wood that you do need to season it before using it so be aware of that.

Echoing the advice of others.
I did the cheap shitty but pretty humidor before. Gave away the glass top, tossed the other one because no matter what I did, it just wouldn't hold humidity.
I bought this: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Sterilite-32-Qt-Gasket-Box-Blue-Aquarium/39911068 from Walmart.
Got me 4 x 65% Boveda 60gm packs and the trays that u/bullsbarry mentioned: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079V3KYT7/
Works perfectly.
Have since graduated to the Audew 300ct. You will too. Enjoy and ask questions!

Two trays just barely fit perfectly
I used Mantello Spanish Cedar Cigar Tray, Adjustable Divider, Fits Large Humidors, for Humidor or Walk-in Closet 12.5" x 7.5"x 2.25" for a 4-tray setup, fits a few single-row boxes on top. Here's how it turned out in my Apache 4800: https://imgur.com/a/e2aKx4J
Stackers are here: https://old.reddit.com/r/cigars/comments/kizaj0/my_first_humidortupperdor_i_used_3d_printed/ghytrm7/
The trays used:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079V3KYT7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This is with 9 trays inserted. 15 fit under the baskets. Using 3 boveda 69% 320 gram packs.

Check my screen name and you'll get an idea that I understand dry climate humidor problems all too well :-)
I ended up converting a medium cabinet into a 12-tray (using these) humidor and using open trays of distilled water to keep it anywhere around 65%. Nothing else works in this dryness, I swear. Only these open trays at the bottom worked.
Amazon.
Tray: Mantello Solid Spanish Cedar... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079V3KYT7?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Two of these fit perfectly in: Sistema Klip It Multi-Use Food... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00284AG5U?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Add one (possibly two depending on how full it is) of these: Boveda 69-Percentage RH Individually Over Wrapped 2-Way Humidity Control Pack, 60gm https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FWPQ9D0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_xlE.CbJ55E4N9
And you have an inexpensive, stable, and safe home for your sticks. I have about 200 stored in two of this exact set-up.
I got them here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079V3KYT7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I had to sand down just a few mm off the top to get two to fit into a 7.4qt Sistema container: https://old.reddit.com/r/cigars/comments/cxqmsx/two_wouldnt_fit_a_74qt_sistema_i_had_to_change/
Other than the elbow work to get them to fix, I have no complaints. :)

Mantello, available on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Mantello-Spanish-Adjustable-Divider-Humidors/dp/B079V3KYT7
Two of them stacked are almost the exact height as the container, and there is about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of clearance on the sides.
Amazon! They’re two different brands, and they fit into each other perfectly.

Might I also suggest this. It will help age them and repel tobacco beetles. I have this exact setup and you can stack 2 inserts on top of one another for organization.

Assuming it's the Montello Spanish Cedar Tray here I did the same, but ordered two thinking two stacked could fit.
Two stacked were slightly too tall so I used a coping saw to cut ~ 1/8 of an inch or so off the top of the 4 sides of one of the trays. Still left enough material to run across the top of the hand slot ok and just barely fits now.
You’re probably talking about this one
As for seasoning a tray idk
