The higher the level, the greater the antioxidant effect. Unfortunately, the higher the level, the higher the price. Suggested dosage is 1 tbsp a day, and therefore it gets very expensive very quickly.

There are numerous studies / publications that tout the benefits of eating high grade high quality manuka honey so it is worth a try I think!
