If you look on amazon, they have that bar listed as a "Super" curl bar
My gym story is actually kind of a question, but its what I have been working on this week... Since gyms are closed, I recently bought some dumbbells with 70 pounds of plates from a neighbor, and then I bought this super curl bar from Amazon that came in last night: https://www.amazon.com/Triceps-Weightlifting-Strength-Training-Accessory/dp/B000ASB66Y/
Is there any point of me curling with the dumbbells anymore now that I have the curl bar? Maybe I do some kind of lateral lifts with them? I usually do the big lifts like bench press, squatting, etc so I am kind of new to dumbbell and curl bar workouts. Any advice, links I should read? No idea what kind of sets I should do, or how often. Might hit the curl bar every damn day since Im stuck at home with it or is that a bad idea, should I stick to 3x a week? Sorry if these are dumb questions, trying to make the best out of a bad situation.
