Hi, unfortunately the description is still too vague to give a useful answer.
In case it's what you wanted: modern cars indirectly measure the flow rate of air through their intake hose, by measuring the voltage in a Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF sensor), like these.
Different types of MAF sensors also have built-in intake air temperature sensors. The pinout diagrams are specific to the vehicle and manufacturer, so that info is found in the repair manuals for the specific Year/Make/Model/Engine.
