From “Mastering the Art of Japanese Home Cooking” by Morimoto. Amazon carries it.
I’ve made a few things from this book so far, and all of them are wonderful.
What in the world are you talking about?
The Japanese in Japan have a very specific type of cooking culture... It borders on a life philosophy. Jesus Christ. Even when it comes to home cooking... If you don't think that's true, than you're deluded.
I don't know what you're trying to say. And I don't know what the Philippines have anything to do with this topic.
A good place to get started with basic Japanese cooking and how they treat food is here: https://www.amazon.com/Mastering-Art-Japanese-Home-Cooking/dp/0062344382
Check out this book.
And get some practice making the dishes before you switch to japanese food 100% of the time.
Also, get a rice cooker.
Couple books you might check out. I'm a big fan of getting them at the library before buying...
