Check out this book. It'll answer everything.
In a nutshell, yes, women are highly attracted to tall men. But they also care a lot about personality and interests. But I don't think men and women can generally be friends. Once you hook up with someone, they're not friends anymore. Hooking up is different than having a relationship.
> I let stupid things like girls rejecting me or not being honest with me put me down.
No, it's not stupid. Rejection sucks.
>I just don't want to feel forgotten, but it seems I'm always the last in the line.
Then make yourself better.
>I've tried therapy and it didn't help me stop feeling this
Time for a new therapist.
>but just remember life gets better eventually
It will. Covid will end in a few months, hopefully.
Your whole post is so negative. I'm sorry that you feel that way. But there are actionable ways to make life better. Read up on it and see what works for you. It's all about taking action and doing things that will lift you up. Don't let something like Valentine's Day destroy you. Instead, use it as a positive force to make changes in your life.
I'll just give my 2 cents here. Read this book. I'm not an author or anything, just someone who read it and improved his life.
Time for a change? Focus on making yourself better.
I don't think the friend zone is a thing. It has happened to me a few times, but in the end, it was always my fault. Is there something about you that's needy or manipulative?
I recommend you read this book. It helped me a lot. The cover/title is cheesy and off-putting, but it's legitimately well researched. This is way better than pickup artistry and inspirational articles. It has actionable advice that you can do today. There's a physical and audiobook version. Your confidence and happiness seems very low. These are things you can realistically work on. Check this out, I'm not paid to advertise it: https://www.amazon.com/Mate-audiobook/dp/B0141QTXVA/ref=sr_1_3?crid=VCRUJQHPEYP2&dchild=1&keywords=mate+become+the+man+women+want&qid=1622861284&sprefix=mate+become%2Caps%2C151&sr=8-3
You are starved for female attention, which is making you think abnormally. It's good that you're dismantling the fantasy. The ASMR artist doesn't know who you are, and will never care about you. It doesn't matter if she's the hottest person on the planet or the ugliest. The reason is because she's making content that many people will like, which will bring her profits. It's similar to how actors make movies, porn actors make porn, or writers write good books. It doesn't mean that you have to like the author of the media.
It's better to make yourself the best person you can. I suggest therapy and strength workouts, but it's up to you. Good relationships will follow.
Highly recommend this book:
Covers everything. I've been watching Jordan Peterson and consuming lots of dating/red pill advice for the past few years, and it feels like this book not only synthesizes everything out there, it also provides the most practical advice I've seen.
Check it out!
