Our solution is using a vocopro silent PA transmitter with multiple receivers from B&H then use cheap ear pieces like this: MaximalPower RHF 617-1N 3.5mm RECEIVER/LISTEN ONLY Surveillance Headset Earpiece with Clear Acoustic Coil Tube Earbud Audio Kit For Two-Way Radios, Transceivers and Radio Speaker Mics Jacks , Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0062FZ32C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_V2Z7FJNG768BP4BSAWC8
Everyone in studio can hear the same mix. Our remote guests each get a mix minus return so they don’t hear themselves on delay.
Very straightforward and each audio feed can be adjusted as needed. Audio is run through our audio mixer - we now use a Yamaha but previously used the zoom livetrak.
Get a cheap one off Amazon and call it a day. You’re going to break it. You’re going to lose it. You’re going to get ear gunk stuck in it. Get a $10 one and don’t listen to anyone who says you need a $150 custom molded blah blah blah. THIS is what I use personally and have no issues other than you have to clean moisture out from time to time so it doesn’t sound muffled.
You can buy the same headphone receivers for $10, and reddit will upvote it to the top
FYI: They cost like $10 on amazon.

Knives are a rabbit hole, but a cop friend of mine recommended this knife: https://www.crkt.com/m16-14zlek-tanto-large-with-triple-point-serrations.html
I never used the extra features, but I did use it to get through a few locked gates.
For earpieces, I used this https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B0062FZ32C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_L7.AFb7CFHAF7 and replaced the in-ear piece with this: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B074K9RFQS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_e8.AFb5XWAKWW
It was much more comfortable that way. Keep in mind earpieces are kind if disposable, they will eventually break or get lost
