I have a shoulder bag loaded with all my essentials. I think it's this one. Maxpedition is a little pricey but great quality. I'm sure there are cheaper options. It hangs by the front door and I carry it ANY time I walk my dog.
In it I have:
I carried a bag similar to this bag on the last two trips that I took to Disney. Plenty of space for 2 adults living in a covid world. Enough room and pockets to carry 2 ponchos, a small spray sun screen, hand sanitizer, hand whipes, an insulated water bottle, some basic snacks, clean masks, glasses/sunglasses case, a bottle of Tylenol, etc. Big enough, but not too big to fit on the rides.
Plus, if you buy something too large to fit in the bag, it has a clip on the strap to hook a bag to.
Usually a Hello Kitty backpack with pink sparkles.
EDIT: in all actuality, I can probably get most of this, save the big flashlights, in that Maxpedition Versapack. It's roomier than it looks.
Maxpedition Fatboy line of bags is probably good for you. I have used one for 4+ years now as a airplane carry on/summer road trip bag/hiking. It's extremely well made for the price.
Also, they have several variations of the bag for different purposes, be sure to pick the one that will be best for you. The one I linked you is just the one I have. Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001MTG35E/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_v3wrzbWZ5T5J0
I use one of these. Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack
It carries all my crap and looks vaguely military/EMT/whatever/but not like a purse. Built like a tank. Left mine on top my car and it flew off at 25mph onto asphalt with no damage to it or the contents.
There are a lot of models bigger and smaller than this one. I like this because it'll carry a 40oz uninsulated KleanKanteen or a 28oz insulated. Pretty heavy if you do though.
Something like a firefighter's radio strap may be what you're looking for. Over-the-shoulder carry strap with a pouch/case for the radio, and you can clip the speaker/mic to it; some even have a loop for hanging the speaker/mic from.
You other option was something similar to the Patagonia sling that was mentioned before. I've got a sling bag that I use for CERT to carry my radio, first aid kit, and other supplies. 5.11 and Maxpedition make great bags. Take a look at the https://www.amazon.com/Maxpedition-0412B-Jumbo-Versipack-Black/dp/B001MTG35E?ref_=ast_sto_dp and https://www.amazon.com/Maxpedition-0419B-Remora-Gearslinger-Black/dp/B00160CG4G?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1. There are lots of different sizes available, so you could probably find one that meets your needs (physically and aesthetically).
Looks like a Jumbo Versipack to me. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001MTG35E/ref=cm_sw_r_sm_apa_fabt1_xTgRFbGT1BVQC?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Travel Bugs - I prefer the plain dog tags. My mother got me some large coins, which are nice, but I can't let them go.
Hiking/outdoor equipment - trek pole, muck boots, waders, rain suit, quality bug repellent, kayak, 4x4 Jeep.....
Bag for carrying your stuff - I have one similar to this:

There are cheaper versions. Also stuff to go in it; hemostats, pens, flashlight, extendable mirror, pens, multi-tool, battery packs, zip ties, writing paper, pens, ziplock bags, Rite-in-Rain logbooks, tiny screwdriver, gloves, and lastly, pens.
