I wear this brace on each knee and it provides a lot of support and stability and doesn't slip off or bother me during my workouts. Looks like it's only available from third-party sellers at marked-up prices (I bought mine for about $10 each), but you should be able to find something similar
Oh I mean exercises as in stretches to target the knee area in a similar fashion as the ones you linked for calves, quads, hip flexors.
Yep that sounds a bit similar to my issue where my patella is not "tracking" correctly during movement. My PT did advise me to get open patella instead of closed ones, but I forget the reason why, something to do having more flexibility for the knee. Would like to get a medical opinion on that brace, anything that helps when playing basketball.
