comfortable and cheap to replace every so often... world of difference for small falls, highly recommend larger ones for ones and smaller ones for elbows.

I just wear knee pads over my compression pants. Works great but is a little uncomfortable at first. It's preferable to tearing expensive pairs of compression pants constantly.
