I would say you are probably looking for something like the "think pen", but as a tutor I have had lots of success with gifting fidget rings to ones that need to constantly move. They don't get lost easy and they are always around. Kids even take them off so they can move both pieces and keep both hands busy. I notice a huge difference in the ones that I have given them to.
