So I had the back listed above for a bit. I found this one later doing some more research.

It is super sturdy and around the same price. I could easily fit the same amount of games as the above, but it is easier to carry and feels more secure.
This is the bag I use too. I used to use bigger bags, but then I realized that I don't actually get all 8 games that I happen to be carrying get played in one session. I also carry a backpack if I need to carry around another game, or playmats, or Secret Hitler.
If I need to carry more games around, I use my Meinl Cajon bag. It's very cheap and durable and well-padded, so I recommend that as well, but I think the Game Haul Game Night bag is pretty much perfect.
No joke, one of these will fit Gloomhaven in almost perfectly (Gloomhaven is slightly smaller than the bag).
I was using a verticle one, the chromacast that a lot of people recommend. I recently switched to https://www.amazon.com/Meinl-Percussion-MSTCJB-Standard-Cajon/dp/B004GH8QTA/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1495562207&sr=8-2&keywords=cajon+bag
I am so much happier with it now. I like the horizontalness of this one better personally. It is also easier to carry like that. It also feels more secure than the chromacast.
I recently just got this Meinl Cajon bag from Amazon after asking a similar question on this sub. I previously had the upright ChromaCast Cajon bag that you linked, but I didn't like that all the games stacked on one another vertically (worried about how much weight is being put on the games on the bottom of the bag). Also, one of my zippers on that bag was 'loose' and kept sliding down of its own accord.
The Meinl bag (to be fair, have only used it once) so far has been much more what I was looking for. It can fit 6 standard sized games (I put in Dead of Winter, Eldritch Horror, Game of Thrones 2nd Ed, Cosmic Encounter, Five Tribes, and Mombasa when I first got it to test) with some room to spare for smaller titles like Codenames/Coup etc. The stitching for the two handholds is done much better than the ChromaCast bag, and I like that it holds the games horizontally instead of vertically, so they aren't weighing down on one another. It's smaller, so doesn't hold quite as much as the ChromaCast bag (ChromaCast holds 7 regular-sized game boxes + room for smaller ones), but I was willing to sacrifice a little extra space for the quality.
One last note - the Meinl bag (as well as the ChromaCast bag) can also hold taller than normal games too - things like Stone Age, Caverna, Tokaido, Puerto Rico, etc.
thank you very much! i am flying soon via Delta and planning to carry some of my favorite boardgames, and some of them have huge boxes (Robinson Crusoe, Xenoshyft, Ghost Stories, Mage Knight etc...). I hope i don't run into complications with TSA. will be carrying them by the way through this :
Cajon bags work perfectly. The reviews even show board games fitting perfectly. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004GH8QTA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_tgN1Bb7NDQJ70
I've been using a Cajon bag for a few years now, taking it out once a week or so and have yet to have any tears. This is the one I bought https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004GH8QTA/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
For 25 bucks I figure I would just buy another if this one gets ruined.
There is also a great thread about this on BGG that's been going on for years. https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/588211/excellent-board-game-bag
The Chromacast bags are awesome.
