Reverse idea - insulated coffee pot. I have this https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00R7HKARM/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_T7YMJ7YJT10W0WH7922K and keeps coffee warm for 2 hours or more.
For the absolute top-end of the scale at your full budget are things like the Wilfa Classic or Behmor Brazen Plus, which technically brew great cups, but if you're buying pre-ground coffee, you'll never get the best out of them and if you're not into the idea also buying a good coffee grinder to go with them, they'd be a waste of money.
You could go for something like this Melitta or Morphy Richards, which probably aren't amazing (I haven't used either), but they do have built-in timer, and if you're willing to commit to the full £150, that would leave you money left over to get a solid grinder like the Wilfa Svart, which is a genuinely great piece of kit and is more important than the coffee maker. Grinding fresh coffee even the evening before you go to bed for the morning would be far, far better than pre-ground beans.
