But that’s not used in a BGA solder repair. Leaded tin solder is pretty much a standard. The paste is actually made of a bunch of tiny solder balls that can come in different sizes. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00M1RC0YY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_N4MSZAR3D0EHZ7WEFD4H. And remember this is about 20x or more the amount used in the video.
Thanks for clarifying. I'm getting ready to start trying emitter swaps so I've been researching and putting a list of tools together.
Here's the solder paste I settled on:

I didn't realize I would need thermal paste too. And I'm trying to decide between a hot air station or just a regular iron.
Any suggestions?
For tips, I believe the T18-D16 is what comes pre-installed on the iron. For what you're doing, I don't think you'll need the larger D24 tip.
Woah, I didn't know that Hakko sold soldering braid. Solder wick/braid is where you really don't want to cheap out, but I'm sure either brand you're looking at there should be fine. Personally, I'm a fan of the Menda stuff, but that may not be available where you are. Between the two, I'd pick Hakko.
I'm sure you're aware that the Pros'kit "solder paste" is actually paste flux. Solder paste usually refers to powdered solder suspended in flux. Looks like you already have a gel flux on your list, so you can just dump it. The brand you have is good (loctite/multicore)
(I couldn't find any solder paste on that website, this or this is what it looks like, though.)
The Pros'kit brand is a Chinese company that makes a decent vaccum desoldering station, so it might actually be okay, but again, you already have a syringe of the Loctite stuff. Don't forget a needle applicator to put on the end of it!
Only other thing I'd suggest, flux-wise, is that a lot of people suggest pens like this: https://www.batterfly.com/shop/it/hakko-fs-210-82
Also, if you're doing some surface mount stuff, I really really like the tweezers with an angled tips. You don't need to go full on Wiha, although they'll certainly be really nice.
I'd grab something like one of these two (I can't tell them apart) https://www.batterfly.com/shop/it/esd-catalog/pinze-pinzette-tronchesine/pinzette/piergiacomi-7a-sa

And maybe something like this for general grabbing:
