Amazon sells plastic clips that you can hook your mask to, rather than your ears. Sets to the back of the head without squeezing. Try those. You can get about 5 for $10, I think? Great for long shifts. I can barely handle my glasses on my nose, let alone anything else. These clips are great.
Yeah that’s basically how we got our girl to become comfortable with the masks, although it was coincidental that we started with cloth masks, because that’s basically all that was available at the beginning of the pandemic! But as soon as I did more research and found out about KF94s, I bought a bunch of sampler packs, and let her open up each of the KF94 packages like it was a present (almost all KF94s come individually wrapped in high quality foil/Mylar wrappers). It was so fun for her that she became enthusiastic about wearing them, and she now has zero issues wearing them for extended periods of time.
YMMV, of course. I know some kids just refuse to wear them, so hope you get lucky like we did!
I’d also highly recommend getting a bunch of “ear saver” straps to help keep the mask tight against your little one’s face. We use silicone straps similar to these ones:

Not this exact product but, something small and reusable like this should help a lot.
I think there's a thing from Canada and it's really helpful for people with Dastaars I have no clue what it's called but its really helpful I think their sold online.
Try looking up Turban/Pagg mask clip or holder.
Edit: Here it is.
Super cool, thanks for in-depth reviews!
Regarding the fixed-size approach of the Under Armour mask, I've found that an inexpensive strip of plastic with hooks on it allows me to use the mask with proper sizing.
Regarding your ears, there is plastic mask extenders so you don't need to wear it around your ears
I use something similar to this

Anyone with a 3d printer can make them for you.
You can also tie an overhand loop knot to make the straps tighter.
i recently purchased this one off etsy. it has adjustable straps but i haven't worn it because it gets too hot and damp for me. it is comfortable though and i've seen a lot of people wearing these kinds instead of blue surgical masks.
another suggestion - not a mask but i got these mask extenders off amazon when i first started work and having to wear the blue masks all day
This is what I use to keep the loops off of my ears. I had otoplasty surgery as a teenager and have very sensitive ears. MIAODAM Adjustable Mask Extender... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0874Q4J3Y?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Get the little strap things that keep it off your ears.
These sorts of things, with different styles. You can make your own with buttons, or pick them up from Amazon for a few bucks.
Try Ariat masks (they have other ones, the FR are really hot & haven't tried the rest). I'm wearing them 12+ hours a day, outside, with no shade. My only complaint is the ear straps stretch rather quickly so it becomes very loose but I bough some of the "Mask Extenders" off Amazon and haven't had a fit issue since.
